I was surprised by the meticulously clean spa area and the very nice variety of healthy breakfast options. The staff was cute and very accommodating.

Unfortunately, the room's small window let in too much morning light, which disrupted our sleep. We also found it a bit inconvenient that part of the wellness area was closed on the weekend.

Facilities were fantastic, however Wi-Fi was very poor.

If you enjoy loud, bustling rooms, then this place is for you. After my long drive, some courtesy would have been appreciated. Don't get me started on the lack of sophistication at the spa. The decor is tragically basic. I almost wrote a nice review, but just couldn't.

The breakfast buffet had a great variety, catering to different tastes, and the relaxing wellness area was a perfect escape after a day of exploring. I think designating a smoking area away from the dining spots would improve the experience for everyone.

The facility was spacious and perfect for our large family. The kids loved the dedicated play area, and the selection of breakfast was excellent. We also enjoyed the nearby parks and bike trails, made it easy for us to explore the beautiful surroundings together.

My wife says that having designated areas for smokers would be beneficial for families.

Good place with great amenities like a fitness centre, indoor swimming pool, and a spa. On my first visit, the staff helped me find my way, and everyone has always been friendly. I'll definitely keep coming back for a holiday.

Great amenities in the room with an electric kettle, personal safe, and air conditioning. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby Lancut Castle. A lovely area to stay and a great starting point for my trip! 😊

I had a comfortable stay at this bright hotel for holiday. The location was magnificent with an easy walk to the palace. Excellent service provided by the helpful staff. The breakfast was savoury with a wide range of dishes. The venue was so close to Lancut castle and the central place as well as city life. Greatly enjoyed my time here.
